  5. Hello I'm Donna and I had vgs on May 26. I am currently down 22.8lbs since pre op. Trying to hold myself together a few more days on this whey protein. Im very pleased with my surgery my Dr.s and other than severe heartburn I'm doing ok. I am walking at least 30 minutes a day. Up to 1.5 miles so I'm proud of that. I can feel the loss and cant wait to see me in a few months. I am grateful for finding this site because it will help educated and give all of us a place to see if we are alone in a situation or not. I am trying my best to get all my protein in although thats a challenge.. hoping all are doing well
  6. Have you called you doctor and made them aware of this as it can cause dehydration and you could wound up back in the hospital.
