  1. Gas-X made me very sick. That is the only thing so far that has upset my stomach. I am a week and a half out and everything else is awesome. I used a heating pad and walking. Good luck!
  2. I am mostly liquids... Protein drinks and juices. I paid too much to risk it. Just taking tiny bites of different things the last few days. I did find a site called floydbariatrics.org and was looking at their phases and trying things that they suggested to a certain extent... Just curious.. and I am not going to mess this amazing gift of starting over, up
  3. My stomach really has not had any issues... Is it normal to skip phases? I haven't, but I am already eating mash potatoes, creamy soups, smoothies and refried beans... Should I stay here or keep trying? Help... Total newbie
