  11. Welcome my surgery went without a hitch. One week post op looking forward to my future away from my "fatshell" too. Its a new world out here let's get out here let's get out there and enjoy it!
  12. Welcome my sleeve was June 2nd I know I was so nervous and excited at the same time. The biggest hurdle I have right now is going from not eating constantly to now eating about 2-3 he's since I can't eat/drink more than 2-3 oz at a time. Wondering how long it will be before I can start drinking the water again.
  13. I am one week post op and as a lot of others the only regret I have is that I waited until I was sixty. Wish this would have been available when I was younger. Then I could've enjoyed my children more when they were young. I have a history of reoccurring blood clots and I am on warfarin therapy. They gave me a shot of heparin the day I was released and now I'm back on my regular daily dose of warfarin. I feel wonderful....
  14. Congrats I can only hope for that kind of results...
  15. Prayers are with you. I had my sleeve on June 2, 2015 and haven't had any problems whatsoever. You will do wonderful.
  16. I was only in Hosp overnight and so ready to go home at 6:30am you will do great without a hitch... Just remember to start walking to increase your weightloss
  17. Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life....grasp it and enjoy it.
  18. I had my sleeve surgery on June 2nd and am on my way to becoming the person I've always dreamed of being finally after sixty years of being over weight. I'm not experiencing anything negative so far. Just a little discomfort while drinking water. It is so hard to learn not to gulp water. I am looking forward to being able to get out and enjoy my grandchildren ages 1 and 4 of which I'm not able to keep up with right now. Since signing up for sleeve surgery I've lost 47 lbs .
