  1. I'm so glad you had the guts to say this. I am at the same point as you and I go to support groups and others at the same point (6 month out) have lost twice my 30 pounds and it is frustrating. I know I am cheating (I have issues with chocolate withdrawl, Ha!) and haven't kept up with the exercise like I should, so I will keep trying to plug along. I figure its better than gaining 30 pounds in 6 months! Keep up the struggle, I'm there with you. Steady but sure.
  2. Hi, I was banded on 1/17/08 also. I had a fill of 2.5cc and still feel hungry but have been continuing to lose so I am staying here awhile. Thanks for the book title. I will definely order. Mari
