  1. The thing I suggest is find a cup about 1/4 of a cup and fill it with what you want to eat. and it should take you about 20 minutes or so to eat that and use a baby spoon for your bites. wait 5 minutes after the first bite and 10 minutes after the second bite and you will start feeling the full feeling. It does matter what you put in the cup also lol. you can eat in about 3 hrs later again and have sugar free popsicles in between. helps curb the appetite. That is all I have for ya good luck you are doing great
  2. Thank you that helps me feel better
  3. Cause I am eating all the right things I went through a lot to get this far because I used to be 448 lbs but I had lost 88lbs before surgery. So I have the healthy mind set already. I cannot walk a lot like they7 want me to because I have a knee that has to be replaced here in a week or 2
  4. Hi all Glad to be in this post op group, But I have a concern and wondering if I this is normal. I have not lost a lb in the past week and I can only eat 3 teaspoons of food at a meal. protein shakes and water . I have only lost 33lbs in the first 3 weeks and nothing in week 4? is this normal or is there something wrong here ? please very concerned about this
  5. I have only lost 33 lbs in 4weeks is that normal
  6. Hi everyone . I am 4 weeks out and I don't have that problem. I do have a few cravings for things that I consider this morning syndrome lol. I can only get about 3 teaspoons of anything down at a meal. Plus I have this little cup that holds just what I can eat and eat slow and chew very well and I am full before I finish my cup. I do have an issue of not losing any weight in the last week though. how can this be with such little amounts of food I eat and drink lots of water? Is this normal (asking all who have been through this gastric sleeve) please I am very nervous about this.I am still weak too.
