  1. Thanks for responding. My start weight was 264. I've been allowing myself a daily snack of like popcorn, pretzel peanut butter nuggets, mentos something like that. This is probably causing my delay. Plus my bowels still aren't regular like before surgery.
  2. Hey guys looking for May support group folks. How are u guys feeling? I'm down 61 lbs but it seems I should be lower. I know we are all different but I'm trying.
  3. I had surgery on 5-20-15 and have lost 42lbs but for the past two weeks I've not lost anything I've been the same weight, stuck .. And it's discouraging
  4. My weight has stalled and I'm not sure if I will reach my goal weight. I still have 80 to lose. I'm discouraged
  5. Yessss; sometimes water doesn't go down easy and it does upset the stomach. If its crystal light or tea it goes down easier weird I know

  8. Help.... I have no energy at all; don't feel like doing anything. I drink liquids but I'm not hungry for the stuff I have to eat. I could be a little depressed over not having comfort food. Even if I tried it my tummy would start hurting.... Any suggestions...
  9. I experienced dumping today just by eating a boiled egg. I didn't chew it very well.... My stomach was hurting soooooo bad. It subsided after about 45 mins.

  13. Wow; I've not tried scrambled yet but I can eat a full egg and I am just fine.
  14. I'm two weeks post op and can eat an entire egg. Is this normal? I chew it really really well so maybe this is why. I was expecting to not be able to eat an entire boiled egg

  16. Ok guys need your help! I'm 8 days post op; tired of shakes and a bit hungry. I want an egg so bad but I can't introduce soft foods until next Wednesday; HELP ;(

  18. In post op are we allowed to have sugar free Popsicles and sugar free gum. Crystal light has too much aspertame in it which makes people hungry.... I don't think the Popsicles n gum have as much

  20. I had headaches as well and you are right no painkillers helped it but my breathing exercises did. Just make sure your blood pressure is stable and you will be fine
  21. How are the 5-20-15 surgery ladies doing with post op? Please share the good n bad
