  1. The nutritionist at my surgeons office gave me a couple of recommended brands that are specifically for Bariatrics. Celebrate is the brand I'm using. I ordered them on Amazon. Multi with iron, b12, d3, and calcium citrate all came to $85 for about a month and a half supply.
  2. Thanks for the ideas everyone. I started chopping them in half then "snacking" on them throughout the day. It is a lot easier that way????
  3. Hey everyone, having a hard time getting my multy bit in. They are chewable and don't taste bad, but they are HUGE and I have to take 4 a day plus all the other vitamins. Has anyone found a liquid or something smaller that they like?
  4. Thanks for all the great feedback everyone.
  5. How did you feel the first couple days after surgery? Did you sleep a lot?
  6. Because it's a dieretic and they want me to be well hydrated for surgery.
  7. I was looking at getting the sleeve also. I decided on the gastric bypass though because my BMI is so high and because of diabetes.
  8. Hi, I have been working towards the surgery researching and trying to get approval from my insurance for about seven years now. I'm so excited to be getting close to doing this! But today day two of my preop a liquid diet I'm havingmassive caffeine withdrawals. Fatigue and extreme dizziness. I would just sleep because I have the day off from work but I also have a chest cold and can't stop coughing. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!
