congrats ???? I know you are super excited this process seems so long. I should have been done but I'm so scary I kept pushing my egd back but its scheduled for the 17th then off to my ins.

I am happy for you I weigh 289 right now I can't wait ti see 215 I should be getting my sleeve in December I was discouraged for a minute because I almost missed my 5th nut appt. and was told I may have to start over but things have been worked out now enjoy your journey ????

Hi sweet tooth2015 I don't mean to sound nieve but I didnt know you could have a bowel obstruction with the sleeve since they don't detach your intestines as they do with rny glad that your are doing fine after that. I am getting close I have my 5th nutrition visit Friday and egd thurs I'm so ready to be in your shoes right now hope you feel better soon.

Yes, I have to pick the equipment up Thursday I couldn't believe my insurance wont cover the room stay I just hope it works the same.

Yes, I do my sleep study tomorrow and I know I have sleep apnea I wake up gasping some nights I hate it surgery hurry up please!

Hi all I started my 6 month nutrition diet in june after my sept. Visit I will only have 2 more nutrition visits yay found out I gotta do an egd not happy never had one before do anyone else gotta have that with their doctor? Also since starting nutrition diet I have gained 5 lbs????therefore I was getting a little discouraged but chime in people keep hope alive for those of us doing 6 month nutrition visits.

I've tried medifast slimfast ww jj nutra system phen phen atkins low carb anything u name i have already tried so the 6 month thing is to discourage you but I'm going full steam ahead I done already moved to the city to where i will be having my surgery performed

yes yes and people dont understand how hard it is to be fat your whole life changes I'm sick of it all I do is sit in the house now and go to work I'm a totally different person than who I was years ago

I have my first visit june 15th Im so tired of waiting. Because I always think something is going to interfere with my process to make it even longer I have been trying for 7 years to have surgery i was denied 7 years ago but new ins more weight and co morbid issues since then hopefully all we be well

l kind of figured they hope we wouldn't go the 6 months but I tried last year and lost my insurance it took 6 months to get it back I called the moment I got it back I'm praying I dont lose it again before I get my surgery.

How are you? I'm with you I definitely think it's a waste of time I have to wait 6 months to. Do they really think that being cut on is our first choice I have been trying to lose weight for 14 years and now 6 more months...

Im not sure but im quite sure they weigh u. Last year my first visit i got weighed but i saw the doctor that day then after that i had 6 nutrition visit and psyc. Evaluation. I dont know anything about your ins...though

No I really dont care who know but I didnt tell them I just said doctors appt...they literally like and so we dont care go another day but its not that simple...i would have to wait another 5 weeks just to talk to the dr...i just started this job monday so i canceled my appt...for tues. But im doing me so no more missed appt. Im not going to let anything interfere again...thanks for your reply
