  1. I'm actually going to have an endoscopy done in the next couple days. I can get liquid down, but most foods make me vomit.
  2. Ok so I'm 2 1/2 months out and I seem to be getting sick everyday. I cany seem to find a protein that won't make me gag. Just thinking about certain foods make my stomach turn. Help!! Has anyone else felt this way? One night I'm fine with shrimp or chicken and the next day, yuck!!

  7. Gas x is key!! Lol. If for some reason you can't get up right away and walk you'll want to have the GasX strips. I got sick from all the meds they gave me and was vomiting, so I was glad to have my toothbrush, toothpaste, and most importantly the mouthwash. And lastly on the ride home from the hospital a pillow to put on your stomach. It helps when it's a bumpy ride. Good luck to you on your journey!!
  8. hi, I'm about 6 weeks post op (rny) and I'm having the worst time getting all my proteins in. The shakes are making me want to gag and so is tuna, eggs, refried beans etc. Would having a few of the jerky bites be ok if I took extremely small bites and chewed the heck out of it??

  12. I had my surgery on 4-23 and I'm just curious to what other people are eating. I drink my protein drinks and have had eggs, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese and all of the full liquids as well. Any thing else???? I get bored with the food so easily. I need to switch it up a bit. ????
