  4. I agree with all the replies n I'm currently hopping through hoops for my insurance too! Remember to pee as much as possible n poop before your wt in and don't drink much either that morning wear light clothes too u know jeans are heavy lol it counts , hope it helps! I will be going the liquid diet probably next month on my paperwork it says two Protein shakes a day and 4oz of protein n a vegetable for dinner and drink as much Water as j can steady 72-96 oz On other places I've seen they said only have Protein Shakes all day like 6-7 shakes a day n water of course Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
