  1. Anyone have any experience with UHC if you are on the lower end? I am BMI 35 with high BP and pre diabetic. I have to do 6 months of dieting. If I lose too much, will I be denied?
  2. I have UHC, too. With a BMI of 35 and accompanying conditions, I qualify. My concern is that I will drop below the 35 BMI with a 6 month diet. My history is that I'm on a diet, lose some weight, and then gain more back. Anyone been in this position?
  3. What kind of documentation does the insurance require?
