  2. I was also req to have 2-3 years of past history that includes/and states ive been overweight since 2012, 2013 2014? 2015 obviously doesnt count.. But ill double check cause one issue w that was due to my pregnancy. Idk if it was gonna be approved but ill check to see what dr included afterall? If he added prior another year or left it as is..   4. Weight loss is monitered by the nutritionist ie dietitian.. For 3 months. Buts it 4 visits total. (Initial, then 3 more) but the way inwas done Was an initial visit w dr and then he gave me info for my nutritionist and then i went to go see her then when i was dome w her i went back to my surgeon and completed my requirements. In between i saw the psyc, and labwork, xrays and pcp(for follow ups and medical nes letter) thats how it was done w mine but every dr can be diff. Just ask them whats their protocol.

  6. Bcbs called me!!! Lol (guess after so many calls to them) this morning and Approval is there!!! So for me it took exactly 15 days. Omg its really gonna happen. Lol. ????????

  8. Still nothing ugh :/ I called today but everything is still as scheduled for me on friday. Wish me luck in getting that approval before friday.
  9. Nice, lol thats weird why would they approve surgery stay and not the actual surgery?? Anyways thats a step forward. Glad to hear thats approved for u. I havent gotten anything yet.. Ugh.. Its making me go bonkers playing this wait game. Lol. Do u think its cause it summer and they have alot more requests in the summer than other seasons or months.. ?? Idk..

  11. Hi wanted to ask if any of yall? Whats the time frame of getting approved w bcbs fed? Im going in for a potenial end of July but i havent gotten the green light from ins. If not then it gets pushed more into aug. and family has already made plans for the stay and to Take over my lil ones.?? Sum people say one day and they got approved but staff is sayin up to 3 weeks they have seen for approval. :/ just worried. All paperwork req was submitted and been in the wait game. :/

  14. @@jilani How did it go so far for the hernia repair w sleeve? Dr told me i also might have a h hernia repair that might be needed. So just wondering whats happening and in case that happens to me. :/ thank you
