    I'm on day seven post-op and and I'm not following my diet but I sure wouldn't take he chance and eat regular food! I made sugar free pudding, chewed up pineapple for the texture and juice and spit it out! I'm dying to eat food, good old yummy regular food, but I will not! I did buy some soup from Chinese place and just drank the liquid! If you have cravings or what not venture out in different ways with out eating solid food! It helps me!

    I had a lift and reduction in 2012 and I haven't seen a change yet after my gastric sleeve. I'm only 7 days post op from having the sleeve and I and not too worried but worst case scenario, another breast revision I guess lol. ????
