I always read about hair loss. So i am taking vitamins for my hair. Not sure if they work yet but thought it was worth a try.

I'm from UK although don't live their anymore. I had my sleeve on Monday here in Bahrain. This is a great site for info but we are in a minority! I'm a little ahead of you but it will be good to keep intouch for help and support.

I was sleeved on 5/25. Have not had the cramps and pain but want to get the answer to the constipation question too. I was told it was normal to either cough up or pass blood after the op. Good luck.

Looks like it's just me on 25th. Start my pre op diet tomorrow and am having a final glass of wine right now! I'm just on high protein for two weeks not a liquid diet. I don't think it's quite so strict here. I'm English but live in Bahrain. Having my surgery here with a three night hospital stay.

May 25th here. Excited and nervous!
