omg i sent for some protien samples called great protein i ihavent mixed it yet but it smellss so good cant wait to try it says can mix with water or lowfat milk yummy

i love the peanut butter cookie shake,i ordered it 2 weeks ago,got here yesterday.thing was it said was in stock and then took 2 weeks to get,when i ordered unjury they was great answered any email i sent them,so the on ly thing im disapointed in is the customer service for the inspire pb protien mix the shakes great,also they was surpose to send me a free bottle o yeah and it hasnt come either for being so late on shipping my stuff.i called she said they was sending it but still hasnt come ,but as far as a great shake its good

i didnt have to be on a diet before my surgery,but after i had the surgery i had to eat a certain way,we all do and sooner or later your able to eat alot more.maybe add a ex protien drink,to fill ya or talk nto the dr,but u have to really want this,

gosh some people sure lose faster than other .i was banded oct 08 and ive only lost 60,but i didnt get real big fills when they d give them to me.then i see people lose so much more so fast,wish it was me.i exersize everyday 2 mile walks in the heat here at nite.just wish i could kinda hurry up more of it coming off.i didnt have to be on a pre op diet so maybe thats why its less than others.i still hope by oct20th this yr to be at lkeast 80 pds down.just a thought i had.im at 9 cc in a 14 cc and i fet full really fast,thats why i wonder what peps are eating to lose so much,i know i dont need another fill for sometime anyway wtg
