    I know Clear liquids can be boring. Look in the Hispanic food section for GOYA bouillon. They have Ham (Jamon) sort of like split pea or navy bean, tomato cilantro and chicken with tomato. Helps change up the savory side.

    Scheduled for May 1st. Started the pre-op shakes yesterday.. I am really wanting to eat I just have to keep remembering how crappy I feel carrying around this extra weight.

    Glad I saw this post. I was only given a one week shake diet before surgery and was getting a little freaked out that it wasn't long enough.
