  1. Ky, who do you have insurance through?
  2. I would like to know as well. I am in Bowling Green, Kentucky and Nashville is the closest city I can get banded.
  3. Hi Cindy. I am new to the board so welcome to both of us. I totally understand what you are saying about dieting. I am really into it for a few weeks, then I start to cheat a little bit then bam I am back at eating everything in site. I am in the process of trying to find an insurance company who will cover the lap band. I have Bluegrass Family Health right now and they absolutely don't cover it. I have talked to an Anthem agent who says they don't cover it. I am at a loss and can't afford the $15K it costs to pay out of pocket. I guess I will keep searching and saving up my money! Casey
  4. Which insurance companies and plans cover lap band? I have Bluegrass Family Health and they have told me it is an exclusion. Any other companies/plans that cover it? Thanks in advance. Casey
  5. Somebody told me that Johnson and Johnson has a band that was just approved and will be available next Monday. Anybody know about this?
  6. Anyone have Anthem in Kentucky. I am thinking of changing insurance companies but before I do, I want to know if Anthem covers the band. Thanks in advance Casey
