  1. I'm just wanting to check in. I'm at a very slow spot with the weight loss. I'm on normal foods now. I had my surgery March 18, 2015. I feel great but get an upset stomach from the vitamins sometimes. I'm off of my diabetic, high blood pressure and water pills. I had my surgery at the VAMC in Pittsburgh.
  2. I had my surgery 3/18/2015. My starting weight, pre-OptiFast was 362. I'm down to 277 today I was a 56 waist now a 44 and still losing. I'm having some difficulty with the motivation to do strength training though.
  3. Hey Always. I just had band to sleeve surgery 3/19/15. I have been commenting to people's posts too and get no response. I hope all is going well with you and your process.
  4. Hi New. I was the same way. I was terrified of the sleeve surgery. I had myself convinced I was going to die on the table. My surgery was 3/18/2015 and here I am talking to you. It went well. I feel great. I'm already off my diabetic and BP meds and both have been normal. I am adjusting to my new stomach and learning to eat more slowly and mindfully. I hope all goes well for you. I came really close to backing out and I'm very glad I didn't now. Peace, John
  5. There are a few of us here. Welcome to the family! I'm new at this. I just had my band conversion to sleeve 3/18/15. I'm doing well and loosing on a steady pace.

  7. I had my surgery on 3/18/15 I find if I eat too much or too fast I end up with dumping syndrome. I am taking opermazole and ursodal. They help but not if I am doing the above. It is a real challenge to eat slowly and small portions. I'm still pureeing food. I hope you feel better soon.
  8. Hi Everyone. I appreciate you sharing you're POZ J. I am too. I just had my sleeve surgery on March 18th,2015. I'm 64, live in PA. I had my surgery lap band removal and conversion to the sleeve.
