  1. Your meals look great. Are you getting 60-70 grams protein?? I still have the shakes also to get all my protein in. I have alittle hunger grumbles as well I just drink something and it goes away. I also have a smoothie or high protein drink at 8pm and that helps me Wishing you luck Your meals look great. 2. I'm also in the purée stage and I take condensed soups add water and some unflavored protein powder and purée. I also mash cottage cheese and eggs good source of protein. I bought rtd protein shakes as well just incase I can't get enough protein in for the day. Good luck Vicky
  3. My hubby and I go and have Chinese and I only eat the soup, I'm in the purée stage, I have tried the chicken in the vegetables and did just fine because it's a soft chicken but I only have 1 piece. Good luck
  4. Hello all I had my surgery on February 26 2015, and I feel great. I had been researching the process for quite awhile and I just finally decided I had to do take action and I'm very happy I did. It's been 6 weeks and I have lost 30 lbs with a total of 45 lbs including the weight I lost prior to my surgery. I was just wondering if that seems right, I feel like I should have lost more by now. Just wondering.
