I've tried Total Lean by GNC pre made protein shakes and those have been the only ones I can stomach. to make things even more difficult I'm lactose intolerant. I've tried plant base protein powder and I'm not able to stomach it. Does anyone know of a good premade protein shake

Where did you get the sugar free syrup from?I bought mine on Amazon. Look for Davinci Sugar Free Syrups or Torani. They have tons of flavors! Thanks

Lactose free gnc protein shakes...I have tried everything under the sun and those stay down. I m scheduled for surgery May 8. I'm also lactose intolerant so none of those plant based proteins are good to me.
