  1. Hi all! I had my surgery on April 8th. I am feeling amazing already!!! I had a three-day hospital stay (came home on Friday April 10). I've been working on getting my Protein in and drinking Water. Right now I am having a Protein Shake each morning for Breakfast, 1/4 cup protein (moist/soft meat) for lunch and dinner. I have one "snack" of string cheese once a day as well. It was impossible to get the full amount of food in until yesterday. As I type, I'm eating my lunch of imitation crab meat mixed with a little mayo. So good. I found an awesome tasting protein power. It's strawberry shortcake favored! This definitely helps the drink go down in the morning. I'm looking for some additional ideas for meals. Please share what you have enjoyed post-surgery. I'm worried if I don't get some variety soon, I'll get real bored! I'm looking forward to see how well things keep progressing! Good luck to you all!!!
