  2. Im a year and some months I had my gastric bypass in April. I still did not do my 1 year check up but Im noticing I'm eating more. I really need some help to get back on track. I don't eat as much as I use to but I know its more and more as days go by. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP IM FALLING OFF THE BAND WAGON!! LOL

  5. Im almost 1 yr post op and lost 137 pounds but gained 15 back....I can take in more food which is scary and I need to get in control of myself and food intake!! Started exercising just make better choices. Sent from my LGMS631 using the BariatricPal App

  7. Hi lea, i know it can be frustrating but at we know what to do and just get back on track with the liquids its VERY important to drink your liquids and protein your body def needs it!! There are times when I forget to get my protein in and I end up feeling crapy. lol Good luck to you and Im sure everything will work out!!

Im at a stand still too my surgery was April 21 and i lost 130 pounds but gained 10 pounds and feel like its been stuck at the same weight for awhile now....hmmm Im hoping for better results soon. I know I have been eating more and taking in a lot of carbs gotta get back into my routine again and eating and feeling healthy. Good luck ladies
  10. Does anyone eat Bugle Boy Corn chips....Im post op 1 month and 2 weeks but I'm feeling really guilty right now due to eating a small bag!! It went down smooth and boy did it taste delicious. i hope it was all fine so far Im feeling fine just hoping it don't bite me in the butt later!! Back on track YIKES....Lol

  12. No but my Doctor scheduled a ultrasound and blood work I'm still waiting for an appt. I hope your doing fine. My tummy did ease up after my period slowed down. Lots of changes going on in my body!! Lol Take care
  13. im on my menstrual period now and I've started having cramps on my right side only near the middle of my tummy. Not sure if its from my period or could it be my gallbladder. I'm really worried but than again the pain seems to ease up after i release some gas but the dull pain is still there.....please help if someone has the same issues!!.
  14. I had a cat scan yesterday just hoping they can find something to ease my lower left back pain!!! Ouch
  15. I called my nurse and she says I gotta drink more fluids! So I did n cramps are gone wow I'm such a worry head!! Lol good luck to you on your journey of health!
  16. Should I be worried.....I just experienced a leg cramp in my calves and right away was thinking blood clot! I went on a 8 hour car drive but always got up and walked around to avoid any kinda of blood clot. i'm drinking enough fluids but was worried when I felt this cramp in my right led this morning. Hopefully someone can please help me what should I do? Thanks,

  18. I'm 6 days post op gb and just seen my Doctor. He said I may have kidney stones so I may have to do a cat scan.
  19. Thanks but it's actually from last weigh in before surgery at my Doctors office but I lost 10 pounds from pre op liquid diet so I went from 327 to 303!!
  20. I'm 21st too and I had my one week post op and lost 27 pounds feeling great!! I just gotta keep going for my goal weight! Good luck to you all

  23. I'm post op 6 days and I too did so much walking and just last night I feel this stabbing pain in my lower back area......OUCH!!
  24. Does anyone experience lower left back pain it just started last night out of nowhere a stabbing pain will not let up.......ouch!!!
  25. Yes I am....I just have to take it slow I called my nurse she told me to keep doing spirometer it will be fine. I
