  2. Im about 3.5 weeks post op and have the same problem but mostly with Calcium it makes me ao nauseous and cant find any chewables or gummies with low or no sugar.
  3. You lost 22lbs in 2 weeks and that's not good enough? How much more did you expect and why? Well i thought it was good and im so glad ive lost anything. but ive seen many other people post there down alot more so i started beating myself up about it.
  4. I had the exact same thing! I am almost 3weeks post op as well and am terrified of stretching my pouch and havent had that "full" feeling yet either and i was up and walking as soon as i got my own room in the hospital the only thing i have is still a little soreness when turning in bed.

  6. Ive been having the same problem. Ive been so down thinking im not loosing enough im 2 weeks and 3 days out and lost 22lbs i feel like it should be alot more and having a hard time getting all my water and protien in. ????
  7. Sleeved march 27th as well im down 22lbs but i hate the shakes im soo over them but still getting them in and still need to get more water in. I would also like to keep in touch with others since no one else really gets what im going through besides others who've done this procedure

  11. Hi, im 2 weeks post op surgery and 22lbs down and 10lbs pre op so 32lbs total and wanted to be ablr to conversate with others on their journeys as well
