Super Lloyd stomach noises after 12/16 sleeve
I'm wondering if anyone is experiencing really loud stomach noises since being sleeved. Is this normal? Does it go away over time?

Any December Sleever's?
No I didn't need a catheter, I used the bathroom before I went in.

Hooray! A surgery date! Not hooray! Extreme terror!
The nausea patch worked wonders I never experienced the nausea. I was fine the day of my surgery until I walked in the hospital and then my eyes filled with tears. It was my very first surgery and I had all kinds of emotions running through me. I was anxious, excited, scared, overwhelmed, etc. The staff was very patient and nice to me. I almost passed out twice from being so overwhelmed and not having food for 36+ hours. The staff explained everything before it was done and answered any questions that I had. I remember them positioning me on the operating table and that it was very cold and nothing else after until I was in my room asking for my family. I think my biggest fear was that I couldn't go through with the surgery because I had been up and down with my weight so much. I'm glad I did it and look forward to the changes to come. You'll do fine @yerawizardamy.

I made it....
My surgery was 12/16 and I did pretty well, the only pain I'm having is lower in my stomach on the right side at a non surgical site that hurts if I sit and I can't stand up straight. Any idea what this may be? Pretty sure it's not gas.

Post surgery feedback
I just wanted to touch base and see if there's any feedback that anyone can offer after their surgery as far as pain and discomfort management. I had my surgery in the afternoon on Wednesday and my main challenge is the deep pain on the right side of my abdomen and getting rid of the gas. I walked in the hospital, and have walked since being home. Any comments or suggestions are welcome. I did end up having a hernia corrected that I didn't know existed so I don't know if that has something to do with the gas or not.

Any December Sleever's?
I had my surgery yesterday and I'm doing pretty good.really tender on my right side. Kp going in and out from the anesthesia. I lost 10 lbs before it. The doctor found a hiatial hernia during my surgery so that was a bonus. For the most part I'm doing very well.

It's so frustrating!!! I don't bring it up but they are really discouraging when they bring it up. It's very difficult to go through something of this magnitude by yourself.

As if I'm not already stressed out about my first surgery. Are there any suggestions on how to stay positive about your upcoming surgery with negative, discouraging family members around?

Scared to finish the process
I've struggled with my weight most of my life. I'm scheduled for surgery and did my pre-op testing today. I walked away completely overwhelmed from all of the information and wanted to run away screaming. I've never been in the hospital except to have my daughter which was scary as well. How do I ease the anxiety and go through with getting the sleeve? How long is it taking for you to feel ok again? Yes I know everyone is different and will have a different experience, I'm just looking for some feedback.
