  1. I think I am going to follow your advise and switch it up a little. Add somethings and slow down on others. Thanks.
  2. I thought in the beginning they just wanted you to walk and then advance to weights and other strenuous activities. I do use wrist weights when I am on the treadmill, I have also started using a recumbent bike. So I am getting in a variety of formats, just not working.
  3. I am already walking at 2.8 mph with a 2.5 incline for 45 minutes.
  4. Tomorrow will be 5 weeks after surgery and I am following the dietitians instructions to the letter. I am walking on the treadmill 45 minutes per day everyday, On weekdays I am getting in over 11,000 steps per day and on weekends I am getting in over 7000 steps. I am eating over 60 grams of protein and drinking 64 ozs of liquid. My weight has been stalled for the last 2 weeks. I am eating 700 calories a day. HELP!
