  1. Thank you for this information. I also stopped losing at the 3 week mark and I'm freaking out! It's hard to understand how you could not be losing weight when you're eating so little. I was able to hear from my nutritionist that this is common and it's important to get in as much protein as you can to prevent your body from going into "starvation mode". Apparently this is where your body holds onto everything it can. Having this surgery has been one of the biggest mental struggles I've ever had so it's helpful to hear I'm not the only one going through this!
