    Hi everyone! I've been a lurker for awhile. My first appointment with my surgeon is this Friday! I can't believe it's finally here! My insurance requires a 3 month diet, I'm wondering if that is just 3 months of the doctor monitoring my weight, or what it will entail? Also, if anyone would like to share what I should expect out of my appointment I'd appreciate it. He said it will take about an hour. Thanks! ~Donna
