  1. I am still pre-op but have been following with a dietician for the past 6 months and have found a really good yogurt I use powerful yogurt the low fat version which is plain flavored but to flavor it u can add some splenda and sugar free preserves and it is one of the highest in protein
  2. I just got my date today originally it was supposed to be mid November I have been seeing them for 6 months meeting each month with the nutritionist and dr and have now met all my requirements its all very real now I know I have been planning for it and it is exciting but at the same time I'm really nervous
  3. I am new here I thought my surgery was going to be in Nov but just got the call my surgery is going to be on October 27 th with pre-op on the 19th
