I'll be 4 months out November 6th and I'm down 111lbs it's very exciting and can't wait to lose more. Anyone have any tips to keep it going so I don't stall

I'll be a week post on tomorrow and as of now I've lost 15 lbs don't feel hungry, don't have to take insulin anymore since I left the hospital. This journey so fat has been amazing since the start I have lost 45 lbs and it will be great to see myself in the coming months just a little gas pain every now and then but that should get better

Hey my name is Bryce I'm having Gastric Bypass on July 6th two days. I'm excited and anxious not really nervous but just a relaxed feeling like finally I can get my life back. Is there anything I should prepare for after surgery? that a lot of people go through. Also if anyone has young kids was it hard keeping up with them or picking them up and playing with them? My daughter is 7 months tomorrow
