  1. I am getting banded on Monday. Like you, I have been dealing with the liquid diet. Honestly, I haven't really experienced any headaches or nausea. I've been sticking with chicken broth and sugarless jello. it's been a rough week, especially when seeing others eat real food. On the bright side, I have lost 10 pounds. Have you tried swithching up what you are eating to something else.
  2. Hi there!!! I find myself on the same boat. I visited the surgeon yesterday. He is willing to accept me at this point. That's the good news. The BAD news, I have been placed on a 6 month evaluation. Which means I have to go once a month, for the next 6 months, to be evaluated. After the 6 months are complete, there is no guarantee my insurance will accept my case. I'm very disappointed with this issue. I certainly didn't expect this process to be overnight, but with the wait being 6 months (without a guarantee of surgery), I find myself totally discouraged at this point.
