I drink Lean Body pre made protein shakes. It has 40 grams of protein and 0 sugar. It comes in several flavors. I get them at the Vitamin Shop in Arlington,tx. I like them.

I had surgery last Monday 3/30/15. It takes everything I have I me to just take a quick shower, then so shaky for about an hour later I just flop across the bed. How long does this part last? And my taste buds change daily. Ugg.

7 days post op. Still feel so weak. I became dehydrated over the weekend. Ended up in the hospital for IV fluids. Bummed. Back at square 1.

I am also worried about hair loss. Thinking of consulting a plastic surgeon about shampoo with regain? Any thoughts?

I'm 3 days post op. Just got home from hospital. That's really my only complaint is I feel like a weak little kitten. Just keep fighting, drink you protein and water,take at least 4 to 6 short walks daily. We will get through this!

My surgery was about 1.5 to 2 hours.. Went to record for an hour. Just go home today 4/1.

I know what your feeling. My surgery date is this Monday.

Just approved by insurance Friday! Going to have my VSG in early April. Would love to join a facebook site for April VGSeevers!
