    I love Chike protein powders. You can only get them online but they are awesome. You can order a sample pack. I did that first so I would know which ones I liked the best.

    My surgery is Tuesday and I'm on my period now. I talked with a friend who had the surgery and she started the day of her surgery. ???? I'm praying mine stops before then.
