  1. I think it has to do with variables like insurance, and your surgeons availability. I'm cash pay, and attended my first seminar on 3/14/15, EGD on 3/31, PreSurgery visit 4/24, and surgery 4/28. That's moving pretty quick IMO.
  2. Congratulations! I'm April 28th (almost May - lol). I'm pretty nervous, but oddly enough, coming here helps ease some of the anxiety. I'm ready to hop on the bench too.
  3. Pre-Op scheduled for 4/24 and surgery scheduled for 4/28. Oh, goodness. It just got real, lol.
  4. I, too, am having a difficult time dropping those pre surgery pounds. Honestly, if it weren't for MyFitnessPal, it would be even more difficult. I've fallen off the wagon, and there's something about seeing that calorie total that has kept me on the wagon in other moments of weakness. I highly recommend it - it's a free app, and it works if you use it. Keep your head up - we're going to get through this!
  5. It may be a little more complex than IF i eat right THEN i lose weight. There are a host of metabolic variables to consider, and I think it's easier to label these factors as a "stall" or "plateau" considering science hasn't even identified all of them yet. JMHO.
  6. I'll be going the Credit Care route.
