I'm not doing good I'm self paid I'm about 12 week only lost 26 pound can you help me?

Can you share with me how many calories you getting aday? I'm 8 weeks at 1000 calories. Is that too much

I'm getting in but it takes about a thousand calories to get them

It's hard to get my protein about time I work them in I'm at 1000 calories

I have drop about 33 pound in 4 wk and been stall for 2 wk

how many calories was you taken in?

Hi had my surgery may 5 have lost 32 pound in about 4 weeks.i use dr.a.lopez. Great dr and staff.all under 5000. No pain little gas no med. I love it!!!!!!! Hotel was great and clean. My husband said great food lol.

I lost my job. Very upset cause it did nothing wrong I was told RM fired me so my DM could have my job. I was already a big woman but I went into a depression , and gain more weight. With no job no money, seem like I can't find a job the depression started to show. My daughter was bless in away that she wanted to bless me. So she paying for me to get a start on new life...She have always been a bless to me in so many ways...So I'm praying to God that this change mind life. And God bless me with a JOB..I know God will cause he never failed me yet...!!!!!!
