six and a half months out, I have reached a stall.86 pounds down considering Atkins diet what do you all think?

Would doing the Atkins diet be okay I am almost 7 months out ??? gotta find some way to un do the weight loss style

I'm 6 months out and I'm down 86 lbs my husband and I had surgery at the same time. He is down 102 lbs. Its been a good journey. I'm not done yet. He doesny need to lose anymore. Blessings of weight loss on U :-)

Hang in there!!! I promise you it will go by quickly and the next phase of what you can eat will be here before you know it remember there is a light at the end of the tunnel, an this sacrifice is so much worth it

When we couldnt sit on a bus while traveling with a group on a outing. We had to go to the back where the long sit and heat was in mid summer.

Soooo I'm drinking, exercising, eating 800 calories, drinking protein shakes and my weight loss has come to a halt. Im down 85 lbs since surgery 9/9/2014. Happy no regrets, loving the compliments. Started out weighting 298 now I'm 215. Just want to get to that 100lb loss. Help, advice PLEASE!!!

Sleeve hands down and thumbs up. No regrets, no pain and feeling fine. This is keeping me weight loss legal and happy. SLEEVE :-)
