I had my sleeve last year and I remember feeling terrible for the first few days post-surgery.
As soon as I got better, I started walking. Of course, I had invested in good sneakers beforehand (I would have never thought i'd spend a fortune on quality sneakers two years back...) and walked walked walked. And I still do, to this day, it has become a habit, and I started enjoying it
