  2. I have been having a really hard time getting Protein in. I usually drink the Premier shakes but I cannot finish any of them. I tried putting unflavored whey protein podwer in my Jello and Soups but it tastes so bad to me. I recently tried making smoothies too but didn't work. I also noticed its giving me this nasty phlem after i eat it. I wonder if i should try rice protein or soy :/ any one else having this issue ?
  3. I recently had the surgery (02/15) and the first weeks i was having the same issue. I tried warm water too but i still felt i couldn't reach my goal. I told my doctor on my first visit and he immediately identified that I was dehydrated. he explained that its like a circle. my stomach was still very swollen which prevented me from getting my liquids which caused dehydration and dehydration causes the stomach to get more swollen. so the very next day they put me on an IV. they gave me 4 liters and i was really tired. when i woke up i felt 100 times better! and now i am way better at keeping up with my liquid intake.
