  1. I had an emergency cesarean section 2 years ago... It was an awful way to birth but worth the outcome. Come to think of it I would rather vaginally birth 100 baby than have a cesarean section again. Anyway, my question is, have any other ladies that have had VSG and a cesarean share about pain levels. I'm guessing the cesarean is the more painful of the two. Thoughts? Input?
  2. My surgery is scheduled for 4/23, I'm told to get off birth control for 2 weeks before surgery and 4 weeks after and I don't understand why? I take nuva-ring, (vaginally for 3 weeks in). I'm not sure how my hormones being regulated plays a role in VGS. This make me very nervous as do not want to get pregnant. Any suggestions?
  3. I told my boss and 2 co-workers... not HR. I'm have mixed feeling about telling co-workers. I might announce when I come back.
  4. My surgery is scheduled for April 23rd. My pre-op class is April 1st.
