Hi anyone, anywhere, up for being a buddy, fairly low BMI, but diabetic, have mixed feelings heading up to the op this week , but due to diabetes , asthma, and joint pain am determined to go forwards as for me 50 is definitely NOT the new 30 ( yet ! ) looking for buddies to navigate the hazards of 'cheating' , slider foods, emotional v physical hunger , basically getting your head around the journey after NEXT weekend (eek!)
