Hello I scheduled my appointment, bought the tickets and now I noticed that I might get there with my menstrual period, will this affects my surgery? Please advise, I am going to ask my surgeon any way but wanted to know if someone else have that situation.

Well I got the instructions for pre op diet from my surgeon and I didn't see a bit of coffee in the morning ???? It might sound silly for some people but me when I don't get my coffee in the morning at least a cup, I get migraine and is horrible, I have to work and function, I am worry about the diet challenge but I am so afraid of not having a bit of coffee, please advise!

Not really, he had a lot of experience working with other Bariatric surgeons and he had performed a lots of surgery so far I haven't found any bad review, he face time me and took the time to discuss his credentials, experiences, surgery pros and cons, he asked me clinical questions, very professional he didn't look in a rush to end the conversation, spoke about obesity, I think he was great! I will have my surgery on June 3rd and because isn't a lots of info on him I am thinking about documenting my experience and share my thoughts with others.

I finally got the courage to schedule my surgery, I had being dreaming about it for years, but fear was stronger than me, not anymore!!!! I am going to get my sleeve with Dr. Carlos Altamirano on June 3, probably will go alone not sure so looking for sleeve brothers and sisters, I am grateful with God for this opportunity, and for everything he does in my life.

My will be from Ft. Lauderdale FL with one stop a total of 8 hrs ;/ I am worry also
