  1. Eating well after bariatric surgery. .. great cookbook... breaks it down by weeks post op and type of procedure. Right now flavors over volume seems to keep me going!
  2. Be patient and explore lots of options. I found soup by bariatrix 15g protein and taste great. Go to your local vitamen shoppe.... lots of high protein drinks with a variety of flavors. Good luck. .. it's get better from here. Look into a go post bariatric cook book too... lots of great high protein recipes.
  3. Is it ok to keep taking a tablespoon of high protein yogurt throughout the day. I can't down a full 8oz at one time and find I'm getting a little hungry throughout the day. I'm back to work after one week...and down 13# at day 9 post op... I'm eagerly awaiting puree as soup and protein drinks/waters are getting old. ... chewable vitamins seem like a treat. ..
  4. I was sleeved on the 9th... had a small hiatal hernia repaired at the same time. Only pain I have is at the sure where the stomach was removed. Going back to work tomorrow (one wk post). Trying a variety of high protein soups and isopure. Not sure when to start drinking after my shakes are finished, but just going by how I feel. Still can't sleep on my left side. Looking forward to puree after one more week on liquids and soups!
