  1. I'm at 5 mo postop, I hit 85 3 weeks ago. I'm at a complete stand still, getting very discouraged!!!! I can't exercise much more than mowing and walking, I have a broken spinal fusion that I'm now getting fixed but the protein intake is so hard, is that really what's doing it? My hair is falling out like crazy, I'm on biotin too.
  2. Tina, we share our date!! How is it going?
  3. Hi everyone! Surgery date was Feb 5th. Weight was 317, this morning was 290.2. Feeling nauseous almost everyday, hard to get my protein in because everything tastes like crap. Drinking lemon water everyday does help. How is everyone else doing?
  4. I'm 3 1/2 weeks post op. Here in Central Illinois, I'm looking for any support groups that want to stay active. At times I want to just cry because I don't know if what I'm feeling is normal or not.
