  1. I have been quite open in regards to my RNY. On the day of my surgery I received over 200 well wishes from friends and families. It was that, that got me through the first 2 days of all the pain. I'm only 6 days out and still have the support. There are always going to be haters, we just learn to look past them with a big ole smile
  2. I'm 6 days post-op and was wondering what people are taking for iron. I was told to take 20ml of liquid palafer and that seems like so much as 1 bottle will only last me 5 days.
  3. Hi Everyone, I just had my RNY on Feb 26th. Still very uncomfortable but manageable. Today was the first day I managed to get 2 premiere protein shakes down. Takes about an hour and a half. Seems like so much I'm only drinking water I between.
