  1. Sure that is natural. My Dr. talked about the risk of surgery. But being over weight is a risk too.
  2. I am doing ok with my protein but I am getting a little weak. I am loving the Isopure 40 g of protein.

  10. :help:I am scheduled for banding in January, 08. I want to be successful and lose a 100% of the weight. This is about 110 lbs. If you have lost this amount of weight please share your method. I have read that the average loss is about 55%. I want to do much better. Your advice will be an inspiration. Beth in Bama
