  7. Ive been feeling the same way, I'm almost 7 weeks post op and haven't lost anything for about 2 weeks. It's so frustrating. I keep my calories at 800-900 everyday, get my Protein in everyday. I'm feeling pretty discouraged at this point. Reading all your posts comforts me knowing I'm not alone. What can I do to get out of this stall? Any suggestions veteran sleevers?

  10. @@DizzyLizzy you were right I have a partial collapsed lung but the doctor said its nothing serious just painful she gave me medication and sent me on my way. Thanks for the advice everyone.
  11. No hernia repair, I've been walking for the past hour and no changes. I am burping a lot but it hurts like hell when I burp. I had gas the first day after surgery but it was nothing like this, these are stabbing pains when I breathe in. I have Kaiser, there's no direct line for my surgeon, when I call the office it says to go to the ER.
  12. Hi everyone, I am 2 weeks post op and today after some mild cleaning I sat down and felt really tired and winded. I few hours later I started getting these sharp pains in my chest, its worse when I take deep breaths. I thought it might be gas so I took some gas x but the pain is still the same. Are these blood clot signs? Do you have any advice? Thank you
  13. I felt the same way, it will pass. What helped me was walking, it elevated the gas and as far as the rumbling I had it pretty intense for about four days post op and then it went away. Just try to get in as much protein as possible. That should be your main priority. It will help the rumbling go away faster. Good luck to you.

  16. Hi Everyone! This site is so motivating. Whenever I'm having somewhat of a hard day I log on and yall make me feel much better with all your positive vibes and encouragement. My surgery was 2/26/2015. It was a painful first couple days but I am doing pretty good now. I have my follow up this Friday, hoping to get back on my exercise routine soon. SW 282 CW 261 GW 150 Thanks for all the great advise everyone!
  17. Awesome! Keep it up! I'm 4 days out today and feeling tired, sore from the incision where my stomach came out of but all in all thank God it's been good so far.
  18. Congratulations! You look great! I'm on my 4th day out and it's hard but seeing progress like yours keeps me motivated
  19. Thanks @ I was careful not to lift things but did catch myself trying to bend down. So I'm being very cautious now. Thank you so much for your encouraging words. It's hard especially with the rest of my family eating take out all weekend. It's been hard but definitely worth it
  20. Hello fellow sleevers. I just wanted to say hello and let y'all know a little about myself and hoping this site give me support and pointers I know I will need soon. Thank God everything has been good so far. It has been hard drinking enough liquids and getting the 60mg of protein in but my sleeve hasn't rejected any of the isopure or water. I am tired a lot though, is this normal? We're mid move which involves a lot of walking and packing so this may be why I feel so tired. I have pain sometimes from the incision where my stomach came out of but that's pretty much it. Hope everyone's having a great Sunday!
