  9. Hi! My surgery is scheduled for May 8th, which is too soon and not quick enough all at the same time. I've been doing some research online and have decided to take the Opurity Vitamins on the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury Protein site. I like the idea of their vitamins not containing ingredients from China. Or at least I fell for their pitch! As for Protein powder, I've tried just a couple and think I'm going to go with Unjury. If you get a chance you can view videos by Dr Matthew Weiner, who seems to be legit. He gives a recipe for a Protein shake made with 1 c low fat, plain yogurt, 1 banana and 4T of PB2 (a protein from peanuts) or Peanut Butter. You can also add a bit of cocoa powder if you like. He promotes eating/drinking real foods not heavily processed but, I'm sure I will be drinking the ready made shakes from time to time for their convenience. This is just my two cents and I wish you success on your journey!

  17. Congrats! It's so very hard to 'start over', but you have shown great courage in the changes you've already made. Maybe moving out on your own will be easier than you think. Best of luck to you on your continuing journey. ????
