i had a PCA pump so when I felt gas pains start I push my button, so the gas pains weren't that bad for me either...thank goodness!!

Mine surgery is tomorrow bright and early 5:45...but that makes me first in, so hopefully I'll be the first to get to go home Friday????...I'll try to up date it I'm not too loopy lol...good night to you all!!

. Are you getting your protein? It helps you to feel fuller longer...I'm schedule for surgery tomorrow, however, had lap band for 7yrs so when I felt hungry drank shake and water...hope this helps! Good luck????

. I love Dandridge❤️ we had a camper on Cherokee Lake for 8 yrs and we loved it. I'm having surgery in Kingsport on Thursday and I know what you mean about feeling a little nervous as the day gets closer...but I'm not regretting it just dreading the after pains lol...but we are good ole country girls who are tough from the inside out lol so we got this!!! . My husband is the same way! When I got my approval over the phone he said "you know this scares me don't you?" I told him I knew that but I wanted to be healthier and happier (with me) for my grandchildren so I wouldn't do anything that I thought would bd dangerous. He grown to accept it and is even going to stay the night at the hospital with me, and he's never done that when I've been in hospital. I went for pre-op today start clear liquids tomorrow and surgery the 26th, so I'm getting a little nervous but I'm not about to let him know tht lol...good luck and God speed with your surgery.

I'm scheduled for the 26th just finished appt with Dr and pre-admission so I'm super excited and ready to get this show on the road start clear liquids tomorrow...my thoughts and prayers are with us all as we start this new journey!!

I had laparoscopic surgery 18 months ago and was told when those gas pains guest start to place an ice pack on your chest up next to your shoulder which helps they gas dispensate then on 3rd dry use heating pad...I'm going to try it this time I just wish my surgeon friend would have told me this before lol.

I didn't get that chance????I was called on the 10th and told my surgery could be the 26th if I wanted and of course I did????so I took my grandsons to McDonalds for my last supper lol and then started on low-carb, gave up soda and sweets????. I'm on my second day of full liquids and go to my pre-op visits on 23rd then surgery the 26th...I'm very excited for this new chapter in my life!! And I hope we all heal quickly and meet our goals!! Prayers for you all!!

So glad for you!! I hope to do half as good???? where did you get the water enhancement at Walmart? I looked in food and pharmacy and didn't see it...what does it come in.
