  1. Thank you! I honestly haven't done anything crazy or special. I just follow the rules from the doctor and dietician (why go through everything to screw it up). I also go to the gym a few days a week. I focused on cardio in the beginning to try and speed up the weight loss. I'm just starting to incorporate weights and body strengthening exercising to try and tighten my loose skin. Let me know if anyone else has any questions, whether you are pre or post-op. I would love to help anyone who needs any advice or questions answered! ???? - Theresa
  2. Hi! I'm Theresa, and I will be 5 months post-op on the 24th. Today I hit the 90 lb. mark! Gastric bypass was the best decision of my life, and I cannot be more thankful for this journey! <3 <3 <3
