Your body is going into a dorment state, that is why you are not loosing any weight right now. Your body is not eating on a normal basis and its holding onto your fat. You need a slight unfill and fill your body with nutrients and vitamins to get your self healthy again. Then you will start loosing again...The trick is to eat as healthy as possible and exercise! drink lots of water...

All the pain and discomfort you are feeling are all normal. To bad your doctor didnt warn you. The discomfort will last about 5 days. As for you not being able to finsih protien shakes that is totally normal also. I couldnt even drink Protein shakes they were to think. I drank the Special K protein Water. Happy loosing!:clap2:
