Hello. I'll get my Lapband March 6, 2015. Oh I was doing great the first day the 2 day. Then I got my cycle. 3 day I broke down. I had a little food. I felt bad. I went to gym worked out 2 hours 13 mins. Then I went to see my dr. He ask me how I'm doing with the diet I smiled he smiled. I said I ate a piece of cheese and of turkey. We both laughing out load. He said it's ok as long as next week you go by the book you're ok. I'm like really. So came home ate aliitle of food. I must say my brain was happy no more hungry. I was in a great mood. I can see the shine on my eyes after . Sounds crazy lol I just want finish this diet fast.

My 4 day of liquid diet. I'm hungry ????I broke down yesterday ????today I'm doing everything well. But hungry. What happen if U break down on this diet? I went crazy ate an English muffin and egg. I felt good. After. ????what happens if u eat like I did? Just that 1 day and do well after that please help me understand this diet ????thank you. I'm taking 1,000 a day. My shakes will take all the cl. They say I can have broth and a few vegs. I'm confuse. ????

Cow girl. Really? I thought it would be easy being slim. But again theses men or let's say little boys who need to grow up . I don't want to go back to dating site. I'm so done. It's all catfish. Been on the dating sites on and off since I was 33 years old. I'm 48. I'm so done. If it does work with who I'm seeing now. I'm going out into the real world and make friends until he finds me.

True. But in Africa is different. The bigger your wife the better. It means your a man with money lmao. True I have a African male friend. And he's always telling me your not fat. If you marry an African man he will send you to gain weight lol. The problem with me is that my preference I like dating American Caucasian. I'm (Hispanic. ) American Puerto Rican. The psychologist told me that caucasian men like thin woman. Hispanic like them as is. So many years trying to have a relationship with an Caucasian guy .its not working. But I must say that they do try to come back. But I've moved on I have no interest in them any longer.

thank you so much. I had my first psychological Dr. evaluation last week. And I really enjoy talking to him. He told me what you girls just told me. And I been opening my eyes. It does take time.
